Why do you take a deposit? - Your deposit secures your date, your chosen vehicle, and your chauffeur. Once it’s received, we reserve that time slot exclusively for you and begin preparations to ensure everything is perfectly in place for your special day or event.

It also helps cover the time and resources that go into planning your journey—from admin and route planning to vehicle detailing and any special touches you’ve requested.

The deposit gives both you and us a mutual commitment. It helps us protect against last-minute cancellations and ensures we can continue to offer a reliable, high-quality service to all of our clients.

Of course, the deposit is deducted from your final balance, and we’ll always be transparent about pricing, policies, and payment terms.
 

Can we smoke in the car? - To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our clients, smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the vehicles fresh and enjoyable for everyone. If you’d like to schedule comfort breaks during your journey, we’re more than happy to accommodate that.

Do you take last minute bookings? - Yes, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, depending on vehicle and chauffeur availability. If you have a date or time in mind, please get in touch with us as soon as possible—either by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website—and we’ll let you know what we can offer.

We always recommend booking in advance when possible, especially for peak dates or special vehicles, but we’re happy to help wherever we can!
