Why are you more expensive than Uber or ride-hailing apps?

Deposits

Why do you take a deposit?
Your deposit secures your vehicle, chauffeur, and journey preparation. It covers:

Reserving your vehicle & chauffeur

Route planning and logistics

Vehicle detailing

Any personalised requests

The deposit is deducted from your final balance and protects against last-minute cancellations.

Travel Experience

Can we smoke in the car?
No. To keep vehicles pristine, smoking—including vapes and e-cigarettes—is not permitted. Comfort stops can be arranged.

Do you take last-minute bookings?
Yes, subject to availability. For urgent requests, contact us via:

Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi?
Yes. All vehicles come with complimentary Wi-Fi for work, streaming, or browsing.

Can I bring food or drink?
Light snacks and bottled water are fine. Hot food or strong-smelling items are discouraged. Catering (e.g. champagne service) can be arranged in advance.

Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, in certain vehicles (e.g. V-Class, limousines, luxury sedans). Let us know if you’d like champagne or refreshments prepared.

What areas do you cover?
We operate from Central London (Covent Garden) and cover:

All London Zones (1–6)

UK city-to-city travel (Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh, etc.)

Can I request a specific vehicle or chauffeur?
Yes. We’ll do our best to meet requests for vehicle model, colour, or even the same chauffeur you’ve travelled with before.

Do you offer child seats?
Yes. Please provide ages, weight/height, and seat type required (infant, child, or booster). You may also bring your own.

Do you offer multi-day hire or long-distance trips?
Absolutely. We provide:

Do you monitor flights?
Yes. We track your flight in real time so your chauffeur is ready even if you’re early or delayed.

Do you offer meet & greet?
Yes. Your chauffeur will meet you with a name board. Luggage assistance, porter services, and discreet exits for VIPs are available.

Do you charge waiting time?

Airport pick-ups: 60 minutes free (from landing)

Standard pick-ups: 15 minutes free
After that, charges apply per minute by vehicle class.

Standard bookings: 24–48 hours

Prestige/specialist vehicles: 7+ days

Weddings/events: as early as possible
